Bujairami is an Australian fragrance house, founded in 2020 and composed throughout by its namesake perfumer, Adam Bujairami. The premise is unfashionably simple: build fragrances that hold their own beside the great niche houses, then price them so that wearing one daily is not an act of extravagance. Almost the entire catalogue is bottled at Extrait de Parfum or high-concentration Eau de Parfum strength, which is where the performance comes from — more perfume oil in the bottle, slower evaporation on skin, and a trail that is still present at the end of the evening. Ombre Nomade did something unusual — it took traditional Middle Eastern oud perfumery and made it legible to a Western audience by putting a bright raspberry accord on top of it. That single idea created an entire category, and Madness is Bujairami's contribution to it.
