Shipping policy

At Falcon Fragrances, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 pm GMT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm, or on weekends and UK Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

UK Delivery

At this time we only deliver to UK addresses.

We are currently offering Free Shipping.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Tracking

Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received this within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will bel left instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect from a local depot. Falcon Fragrances is not responsible for parcels that are uncollected or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at care@falconfragrances.com and we will investigate promptly.
