Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.
Unopened Products — 30-Day Returns
You may return any unopened, sealed product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with its original packaging intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error by us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrances unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at care@falconfragrances.com so we can make it right.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the fault and photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs, at no charge to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
How to Return an Item
1. Email care@falconfragrances.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will issue a returns authorisation number and provide instructions.
3. Pack the item securely — fragrance bottles should be bubble-wrapped and placed inside a rigid outer box.
4. Send the parcel using a tracked service and retain your proof of postage.
5. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account after we have processed your return, plus additional time for your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at care@falconfragrances.com.
