Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at care@falconfragrances.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care and beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original purchase (at your cost) and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at care@falconfragrances.com.
