At Falcon Fragrances we want your order to reach you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery options, timescales and returns policy.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 pm GMT on a business day are dispatched the same day.


International Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that all fragrances are classified as flammable liquids under IATA regulations and must be transported as restricted goods. International shipments travel via approved ground or sea freight services, which may extend delivery timescales.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Falcon Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Fragrance & Dangerous Goods

All perfumes and colognes contain alcohol and are classified as flammable liquids (UN1266) under international transport regulations. This means:

  • All shipments are packed in IATA-compliant outer packaging with appropriate hazard labelling.
  • Express air services are not available for orders containing fragrance.
  • International orders are dispatched via road and sea freight carriers approved for dangerous goods.
  • Some countries have restrictions on the import of alcohol-based products — we will notify you if your destination is affected before processing your order.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can use this to monitor your delivery directly with the carrier. If you have not received a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@falconfragrances.co.uk.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or receive a faulty item, here's what to do:

Unopened Products

You may return any unopened, sealed product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrances unless the item is faulty. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@falconfragrances.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a returns authorisation number and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely — fragrance bottles should be bubble-wrapped and placed in a rigid outer box.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
